Our School

At Eaton, our School Motto is 'Engage, Inspire, Achieve'.

We have the highest expectations.

We are committed to nurturing a love of learning. We promote a philosophy of continuous improvement in every aspect of the school's work and life.

Personal qualities including a desire to learn, an enquiring mind, good manners, honesty and concern for the well-being of others are considered essential.

When you visit our school, the children's approach to learning, the impressive displays and the calm and friendly atmosphere will make a lasting impression on you.

At Eaton we always aim for high academic standards.

Our fantastic curriculum and happy, stimulating environment are backed up by a rigour and unrelenting focus on academia. We also have a full sporting and non sporting extra-curricular offer. As a digital transformation case study school we also boast state of the art technology which will benefit them as they go into further education and then ultimately the highly competitive working world.

Learning is always stimulating, challenging and fun. Whether in the classroom or outdoors, our staff ensure that learning is always geared to the pupils' needs. We have excellent `gifted and talented' provision and the support .we offer children with additional needs is recognised as a real strength of the school.

Our families are proud of the warm, supportive atmosphere in our village school.

We are also pleased to have an onsite Pre-School nursery (Little Bumbles at Eaton - opened September 2019), as well as onsite before and after school care to support working families.

If you would like to find out more about our school, please call us to arrange a personal tour with our Executive Headteacher or Head of School.

Eaton is a small village situated in the picturesque Cheshire countryside close to Tarporley. The school serves neighbouring villages of Cotebrook, Little Budworth, Tilstone Fearnall and Tiverton; branching out into the larger surrounding towns and is in the catchment area of Tarporley Community High School. The school itself meets the requirements for disability access with ramps, disabled parking and audio loop.

We have recently grown from mixed classes to one form entry. This means we are able to welcome more families to our school.

The hall serves as a gym and for assemblies, and is equipped with staging for school productions. The school has its own extensive grounds, offering excellent play and sports facilities, together with a conservation area and arboretum which enable children to learn outdoors in a secure setting.
